Water treatment proposals anyone? All’s quiet on that front... I think the politicians are starting to realize that building and maintaining a water treatment facility in the Victoria area is cost prohibitive, unwarranted and most definitely more harmful to the environment in the long run than the current method, outflow into the Strait of Juan De Fuca, the big perfect flush, envied around the world by cities for it’s simplicity and perfection.

If you are a YouTube viewer you may have seen Belmont Secondary student Brandon Rosario make himself look like an ass in his speech to become Class Valedictorian. Some say it was funny and Brandon has said he never intended to offend anyone. What I think is funny is that Brandon didn’t expect to get reprimanded… um what exactly did you say about your teachers rack? And what exactly was that bit about the Jews, maybe it would have been funnier if you were Jewish. Explore the comedy club experience. You could try your not so profound Breakfast Club wannabe speech on a paying audience… then again maybe not. If you end up getting suspended over the speech, don’t act surprised. I’m just surprised it hasn’t happened already.
