When I was asked to write this rant column for the New Town Crier, I thought no problem, you want a rant, I can rant.

Well it’s not so easy when you can come up with a rant for just about anything in Victoria. We have terrible drivers, awful pedestrians, lame transit, horse traffic, urban sprawl, politicians… lot’s of politicians.  We have an endless supply of rants in our backyard… don’t get me started on my landlord. 

Hell, get me started on Air Canada or as they should be called Baggage Losers.  A quick holiday trip (yes holiday… I hate Christmas… don’t get me started) to the Okanagan and Air Canada managed to lose our luggage on both ends! And they had the nerve to charge me $50 extra because one of our bags was 18lbs overweight, never mind our other bag was 40lbs under weight.  I could go on and on about Air Canada but it’s a 1500 word essay on Customer Service in the Airline Industry that comes with a contact number of a guy at FedEx that can teach them to track shit; someone at Air Canada will have the pleasure of dealing with it.

Well that’s all for this issue I’m already late on my deadline, and the editor has the thugs breathing down my neck.
